Health Promotion Specialist (H/F)
Votre rôle Scope of the assignment includes Health screening, private medical insurance, employee assistance programmes, health data analysis and behaviour change initiatives including but not limited to physical activity, healthy eating, healthy sleep, resilience and stress management and smoking cessation. The Health Promotion Specialist will: - work with the Global Health & Wellbeing CoE to align strategy and develop effective solutions - collaborate effectively and efficiently with the regional health and wellbeing leads, EHS partners, HR, Benefits, and external partners to drive health improvements and to deliver a customer focused service. - assess the health risks of their employee population and use that information to design and implement initiatives to address employee and organisational needs. - manage the Health Risk Appraisal and Health Portal processes, engaging employees to participate, planning and implementing biometric screenings and serving as administrator for the Health Portal. - design, implement and assess a motivational/incentive programme to promote participation and the development of sustainable, healthy habits based on evidence based behaviour change theory and gamification. - assess and report on the effectiveness of programmes; and modify the programme plan as needed to enhance effectiveness. - work effectively with vendors, ensuring SLAs are met and seeking improvement at every opportunity. - engage a business leadership to create and embed a culture that supports sustainable, healthy behaviours.
- Knowledge of health behaviour change, health education and health programming - Must understand how to assess health risks; how to implement initiatives to address these risks; and how to evaluate the impact of any intervention and/or ROI. - Demonstrated competence in the development of high impact enterprise-wide health promotion and health education programmes. - Able to demonstrate outcomes behaviour or risk change, ROI for programmes implemented. bility to analyse data, identify health needs and develop a health and wellbeing plan to address these needs. - Consulting skills with strong customer focus - Project Management skills and results oriented - Be able to work in teams both in person and virtually and demonstrate effective collaboration - Understanding of evolving technology in the area of health management and lifestyle behaviour change. - 1-2 years of experience in country, regionally or global health promotion programming.
